We bring to you this 4 Layers Cluster Case! We performed a thermal stress test with Raspberry Pi 4 Model B 2GB together with this 4 Layers Cluster Case and it stays cool even the RPi4B is overclocked to 2.1GHz. Amazing heat dissipation.

Rack Tower stands for a new concept for the 4-layer acrylic case cluster.

This 4-layer acrylic oversized fan enclosure is a new product designed to provide shell protection and cooling solutions for Raspberry Pi clusters, Raspberry Pi NAS servers, Jetson Nano clusters, and disk array clusters. It is very delicate. The long fixing screws are designed with flat head screws, smooth and easy to install. The fool-proof design of the positioning holes also can prevent you from having trouble during installation. A variety of screws with different specifications can meet your various product fixing needs. For example, Raspberry Pi, 2.5-inch solid state drive, Jetson Nano, and so on.

In addition, the large fan is driven by 5V, which can be directly powered by the Raspberry Pi, and it will have a colorful halo when it is running, which is very cool.

How to assemble Raspberry Pi on cluster case:

  1. Fix the copper sticks to the acrylic layer after peeling off the protection film.

 


 

  1. Paste heat sinks to Raspberry Pi and fix the raspberry pi to the acrylic layer with M2.5 nuts.



Note: The Raspberry Pi boards and heatsinks are NOT included in the package. If you need them, please get them separately. 
 

  1. Fix the bracket holder to the fan with long steel screws and nuts.

 



 

  1. Fix other devices as mentioned before, for example, 4 pieces of Raspberry Pi or other combinations. And then place them as in the following picture. Pay attention to the direction where there is an “R” mark. Connect the fan cable to Raspberry Pi on 5V and GND Pin.


Note: Please beware of the direction of the acrylic holder.



Note: Incorrect polarity may cause damage to your device.



 

  1. Place another piece of acrylic layer on the top and fixed it with long steel screws.



 

  1. Install acrylic crystal hander with M3x9mm screws.
