LSA08 (Advance Line Following Sensor Bar) consist of 8 sensors pair. LSA08 is typically used for embedded system or robots for line following task. The specially selected wavelength of super bright green LED as the sensor’s transmitter enables LSA08 to operate on various different colour surfaces. LSA08 is capable to operate on surface with colour of Red, Green, Blue, White, Black, Gray and possibly other colours with distinct brightness different. LSA08 has several different output modes, for the convenience of use for any system. Namely, the digital output port (8 parallel output line), the serial communication port (UART) and the analog output port.

How i use the junction function with PID control when the robot pass the crossing. My meaning i want to robot slow down when sensor found the junction

in lsa 08 having difficulty yo defer between two light colors like whiteline - light pink background , and whiteline - light blue background .it give diffrent and vary intensity on these two light color surface . is lsa can operate on two light color surface of glossy surface ? how ? Hi, LSA08 is capable of operating on any surface with  color  of Red, Green, Blue, White, Black, Gray and possibly other colors with the distinct brightness different. The more contrast there is between the color of the line and the game field surface, the easier it is for the line sensor to detect the position of the line. For your case, we don't think that if the sensor can detect the lower color brightness. Thanks. :)

lsa 08 can be differentiate in two light colors like white -light pink , and white - light blue ? it has difficulty in differentiate between these two colors and it gives very similar intensity value on these two colors on glossy surface . is it done with lsa 08 ? and how ?
