Teachable Machine is a web-based AI tool developed by Google, it enables anyone to train and use AI models without AI and programming knowledge. So, it very suitable for beginners who want to explore AI.

As above the process from data gathering, training and export are only using click based and does not involve any coding. So that why it quite suitable for beginner and student that want to learn AI.

Although this method is simple but for sure it also has some pros and cons.

Pros:

• No AI knowledge required.
• Fast, easy, and free model training/hosting.
• Almost no need to install anything.
• Pretty low cost if you already have a computer.

Cons:

• Recognition has to be done on your computer and thus reduce the range/mobility of your micro:bit
• Computer needs Internet connection.
• The AI models have limitations, it may get false readings and cannot be further customized.
• May be more difficult to debug since no code were involve.
