Thanks to the open ecosystem of the Raspberry Pi, it's supported by lots of open source software such as Python, NodeRed and Grafana. Paid software like CodeSys and Ignition is also available if it's more preferable. |
6. Do you ship Oversea? |
Yes, we ship our products from Malaysia. The buyer is responsible for the shipping costs and any import duties applicable in the destination country. |
7. Do you help integrate IRIV with our machine? |
As a brand owner, we only provide the hardware solution. However, we do have a few partner system integrators who might be help you out. |
8. Is there a community or forum related to IRIV? |
Currently not yet. But users can always reach out to the Cytron's professional Genies team and they will be more than happy to help. Besides, users can also post to cytron's technical forum available at http://forum.cytron.io. Since the IRIV PiControl is powered by Raspberry Pi, there are lots of community support and forum out there especially on the software and application. This is the beauty of Raspberry Pi's open ecosystem. |
9. What kind of technical assistance or troubleshooting support is available if we encounter issues with IRIV? |

It's preferable to have knowledge/experience on the Raspberry Pi ecosystem and some basic knowledge about industrial protocol and interfaces. |
13. What are the security features and measures in place when using IRIV in industrial applications? |
Software security will be the responsible of the software developer as Cytron is only the hardware designer and manufacturer. We do not provide any software solution. However, IRIV PiControl is equipped with a Crypto Authentication IC ATECC608B and the software developer may utilize it for security features. |
